Returns timeframe

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • Not damaged or altered

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.
  • If your preferred item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or an alternative item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for faulty or incorrect items only.
  • All other approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bras, lingerie, and underwear
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Earrings or personal care items

2. We prepare your order: Orders are typically ready within 24–48 business hours.

3. You’ll be notified: We'll contact you via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.

4. Collect your order:

  • Location: Laidley, Queensland
  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Simply bring your order confirmation (a phone copy is fine) and provide your name or order number.
